Site Manager *Nationwide
The Site Manager provides leadership and manages the operational and financial aspects of construction projects, and is the primary liaison with the client’s project management team. The Site Manager also identifies potential leads and assists estimators with development of pricing proposals. Is the enforcer of Best Practices, process utilization, safety and risk management; and is a cultural manager by ensuring that the company’s fundamental values and beliefs are followed and maintained. Provides training and mentorship for all exempt supervisory personnel.
CDL Water Truck Driver *Nationwide
Drives water truck safely to spray water on roadways in order to control dust. Current Commercial Driver's License with Tanker endorsement required.
Electrical Foreman *Nationwide
Obtains permits, performs electrical work as required by law, and performs the full range of technical aspects of electrical work. Also functions as a crew leader, overseeing the work of lower-level licensed Electricians and Trade Helpers. The employee uses considerable independent judgment in making decisions without the availability of supervision, and performs master-level electrician assignments.

Safely operate equipment to perform work task.
Foreman (Civil / Grading) *Nationwide
Establish and maintain high morale while supervising construction crews, demonstrate mastery and safety of equipment and materials, and ensure all necessary inspections are completed. The Foreman is accountable for the actions of the crew if the responsibilities of the crew members are not followed through.
General Laborer - Civil/Grading & Electrical *Nationwide
This position will work with the civil or electrical crews. The Civil Laborers would be assisting in installation/removal of silt fence, installing culvert pipe, placement of signs, layout of roadways, and assisting civil work where needed. The Electrical Laborers would be assisting the apprentices and journeyman with manual labor, installation of ground grid and conduit, setting up equipment including tightening of anchor bolts, steel assembly, pulling of insulated wires and cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes, and various other physically demanding tasks.
Heavy Equipment Mechanic - Nationwide *Nationwide
Troubleshoots and repairs all types of heavy equipment, operates equipment to diagnose problems, and inspects equipment for defects.
Laborer - Solar Installer - Nationwide *Nationwide
Ground mounted systems will be assembled and installed for this project, this will involve material handling, carrying material, assembling and installing the material as well as keeping a clean, safe work area and other labor related responsibilities. Operators duties will be unloading, loading material and moving it to designated work areas.
Oiler (Nationwide) *Nationwide
Maintains equipment, performs greasing and oil changing, administers preventative maintenance, and assists mechanics.
Operator - Crane *Nationwide
Operates a crane to lift, move, and position loads such as components, equipment, and solid or bulk materials by performing the following duties.
Tower Climber - EXPERIENCED Base/Mid & Top-Out Ironworker/Connector/Flagger *Nationwide
Technically skilled in the installation of Wind Turbine Generators. This position will have in-depth knowledge of WTG (Vestas, GE, or Siemens), quality, processes, flagging crane, installing loose components for nacelle, hub, blades and tower sections, managing tag lines and installation checklist.
Turbine Installation (Climber) *Nationwide
Installation Summary: Raise, place, and unite iron and other structural members to form completed structures or structural frameworks. Tower Wiring Summary: Install, test, and repair wiring, motors, equipment, and control systems in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards.
Turbine Installation (Non-Climbing) *Nationwide
Assembles rigging to lift and move equipment or material on job site by performing the following duties.
Commissioning Foreman *Nationwide
Position Summary: The Commissioning Foreman provides onsite leadership in the planning and execution of the site specific commissioning process in accordance with the guidelines and procedures established in the Blattner Commissioning Program.
Electrical Field Construction Coordinator *Nationwide
Provides input and technical expertise for power generating construction projects. Additional requirements are: General Contractor support of Engineering review, procurement (if necessary), construction, and start-up of a high or medium voltage electrical system and associated substation. Responsible for installation guidance, QA/QC enforcement, scheduling support, and owner correspondence. Review and final submittal to Owner of Engineer As-builts, and project system packages (Job Books). Assist Electrical Superintendents with supervision of electrical subcontractors to ensure a safe, productive quality job is attained and costs are controlled in the construction field operations.
Field Construction Coordinator *Nationwide
Administers daily operations of project site under supervision of Project Construction Coordinator, Project Manager and Site Manager. Ensures and maintains cost, safety, schedule, and quality of project.
Site Safety Coordinator *Nationwide
Plans, implements and supervises project safety, accident and fire protection programs in compliance with corporate, federal, state and local program standards. Approximately 75% of work time should be spent in the field conducting assessments, interacting with crews, subcontractors, etc.

Administers the end to end purchasing cycle of materials and/or equipment including planning & executing purchase orders, determining transport for these orders on/off the job site, executing lease agreements, expediting materials/equipment and resolving quality and invoice issues. Partners with Sourcing team to build and leverage category strategies and manages supplier performance. Responsible for the tactical purchasing activities of assigned commodities while establishing and maintaining excellent vendor/customer relationships.

Partners with the Learning and Development team to maintain the effectiveness of current training programs, tools and resources, as well as to provide support in the development of new programs. Supports the team in equipping employees across the organization with the skills, knowledge and resources they need to be engaged, empowered and excellence in their roles.
Senior Buyer *Avon, MN - Corporate Office/Blattner Company
Manages the end to end purchasing cycle of key materials and/or equipment- including planning & executing purchase orders, determining transport for these orders on/off the job site, executing lease agreements, expediting materials/equipment and resolving quality and invoice issues.  Ensures equipment & materials land at the lowest total cost consistent with considerations of quality, reliability of source, and urgency of need. Partners with Sourcing team to build and leverage category strategies and manages supplier performance. Responsible for the tactical purchasing activities of assigned categories while establishing and maintaining excellent vendor/customer relationships. Drives purchasing best in class practices across the team, within the company and into the supply base.
