Education Requirements: Knowledge of office procedures and office equipment normally gained through a 2-year degree or on-the-job experience. 

 

Experience Required:  Previous related administrative experience required.

 

Position Summary: Coordinates vehicle delivery to jobsites and performs routine clerical procedures in support of the company Logistics department. 

 

Essential Job Functions

  1. Maintain company vehicle licensing, titles, registrations, and insurance coverage. 
  2. Acquire rental vehicles and ensure rental vehicles are called off timely.
  3. Handle fleet vehicle acquisition and disposal.
  4. Issue and set up equipment numbers in JD Edwards Enterprise One system for newly acquired equipment.
  5. Establish and maintain equipment files.
  6. Process invoices related to vehicles; including toll/violation charges, rental invoices, lease payments and maintenance charges.

     

Additional Job Functions

  1. Identify opportunities for streamlining work and reducing waste in order to improve efficiency.
  2. Performs additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.
  3. Cross training of duties with others in Logistics.
  4. Run reports as needed or requested.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Excel and Word software programs.
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to accurately and proficiently enter data.
  • Must have good time management skills and be able to accept frequent changes.  
  • Ability to adapt to new/changing software and develop skills as necessary.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work overtime.
