Education Requirements: A four-year degree in construction management, engineering or related field; or equivalent education or experience. AACE or PMI Certification is preferred.
Experience Requirements: One year of scheduling experience and/or construction required.
Position Summary: Supports project teams through creation, modification, and analysis of the project schedule. Leads in pricing and evaluating schedule impacts from changing conditions, including delays and acceleration. Meets and exceeds owner expectations of schedule requirements. Works with the project team to update schedule. Works with the project manager and legal to support claims.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Proficient with scheduling software (Primavera, Microsoft Project).
• Understanding of how to calculate and forecast costs.• Accounting (math and record keeping).• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio).• Understands the differences between scheduling levels.• Effective communication (oral, written, presentation, listening).• Effective motivational, leadership and supervisory skills.• Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks.• Occasional travel required.
