As a Compensation Specialist with Blattner you will be responsible for researching, collecting, and analyzing data. You will support the Compensation Analyst(s) on assigned compensation projects related to the analysis, design, implementation and administration of compensation projects that align with business objectives.



 Are you analytical? 

  • Would you enjoy merging data from multiple sources and systems to perform moderately complex data analysis necessary to support the HR workforce analytic needs of the business to drive informed business decisions?
  • You will draft and edit new and existing job descriptions utilizing Blattner templates and market data.
  • In this role you will benchmark jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges positions.
  • As part of the Compensation team you will collect data, run reports, and other compensation analytics as well as participate in compensation surveys to ensure Blattner has the most reliable data available for marketing new positions with the Company.

  • You will build strong working relationships within the company and collaborate with your team to help assure Blattner’s compensation policies, philosophies and practices comply with state and federal guidelines.

 Position Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or Associates degree in Human Resources, or relevant field; or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
  2. At least one year of compensation experience.
  3. Workday experience helpful.


*This is an hourly/ non-exempt level role that reports to the Compensation Analyst.
