WHO IS AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – LEGAL WITH BLATTNER?

As part of the Legal team, you will provide support within the Legal Department to various members of the team in a variety of ways such as scheduling meetings, lunches and travel.

IS THIS ROLE FOR YOU:

Are you detailed & organized?

  • You will be scheduling meetings; coordinate food orders for meetings as needed; coordinating travel; and draft correspondence.
  • You will also coordinate insurance activity, ensuring that all insurance certificates, bonds, SDI and special coverages are accurately requested and provided to the customer in a timely manner, to include project system setup. Assist with insurance compliance issues that arise with subcontractors and suppliers.

Are your communication skills on point?

  • In this role you will maintain positive relationships and collaborate with internal and external customers.
  • Communicates with CSC regarding Blattner licensing and processing related company licensing tasks.  

Position Minimum Requirements:

  • Knowledge of office procedures, office equipment and computer software normally gained through two-year post high school degree and/or on-the-job experience.

*This is an hourly/non-exempt level role that reports to the Pre-Construction Contracts Manager.
