Designs and provides oversight to SCADA vendors and third party EOR’s in order to develop preliminary designs and Bill of Materials which will be provided to estimators for estimating projects. Aligns and works with the procurement team to ensure they have necessary design information, quantities and parameters to bid the work. Works with the construction division and third party EOR’s to ensure design has met the requirements of the project including safety, reliability, and quality. General Laborer - Civil/Grading & Electrical - Nationwide *Nationwide
This position will work with the civil or electrical crews. The Civil Laborers would be assisting in installation/removal of silt fence, installing culvert pipe, placement of signs, layout of roadways, and assisting civil work where needed. The Electrical Laborers would be assisting the apprentices and journeyman with manual labor, installation of ground grid and conduit, setting up equipment including tightening of anchor bolts, steel assembly, pulling of insulated wires and cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes, and various other physically demanding tasks.
Operator - Crane (Nationwide) *Nationwide
Operates a crane to lift, move, and position loads such as components, equipment, and solid or bulk materials by performing the following duties.
Foreman (Civil / Grading) *Nationwide
Establish and maintain high morale while supervising construction crews, demonstrate mastery and safety of equipment and materials, and ensure all necessary inspections are completed. The Foreman is accountable for the actions of the crew if the responsibilities of the crew members are not followed through.

Obtains permits, performs electrical work as required by law, and performs the full range of technical aspects of electrical work. Also functions as a crew leader, overseeing the work of lower-level licensed Electricians and Trade Helpers. The employee uses considerable independent judgment in making decisions without the availability of supervision, and performs master-level electrician assignments.
Superintendent: Civil/Grading *Nationwide
On-site supervision of Assistant Superintendents, Forepersons, and all craft personnel (e.g. equipment operators, laborers, electricians, etc.) and their activities to ensure a safe, productive, and quality job is attained and costs are controlled in the particular construction discipline. Schedules labor, materials, tools, equipment and subcontractors within work discipline to effectively utilize all resources; and works with specifications and contract requirements.
Heavy Equipment Mechanic (Nationwide) *Nationwide
Troubleshoots and repairs all types of heavy equipment, operates equipment to diagnose problems, and inspects equipment for defects.
Oiler (Nationwide) *Nationwide
Maintains equipment, performs greasing and oil changing, administers preventative maintenance, and assists mechanics.
