Contracts Administrator I *Avon, MN - Corporate Office/Blattner Company
Acts as Blattner’s designated contracts-related point of contact on high value customer contracts during the full project life cycle. Facilitates contract review, edits, and negotiation of customer contracts as a part of Blattner’s cross functional team during the planning stage. Handles customer contract administration and compliance during the execution and closeout stages of assigned projects.
On Site Trainer (Blattner Company) *Nationwide
This individual will temporarily relocate near construction sites for the duration of the project to conduct employee training. Primary responsibilities will be facilitating training and learning programs including, but not limited to new hire orientation, onboarding, software training, and site safety orientation training for all job-site personnel. This individual will assist with organizational and project specific training needs by collaborating with corporate personnel including Quality, Risk Management, Training & Development, and IT.
HRIS Analyst *Avon, MN - Corporate Office/Blattner Company
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for providing support for Blattner Company’s HR information system, including management of recurring HR system related tasks as well as issue analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of simple to moderately complex solutions.  This will be done by using superb analytical skills to understand the capabilities of the HR information system, company business processes, and current system setup.

Provides input and technical expertise for power generating construction projects. Additional requirements are: General Contractor support of engineering review, procurement (if necessary), construction, and start-up of a high or medium voltage electrical system and associated substation. Responsible for installation guidance, QA/QC enforcement, scheduling support and owner correspondence. Responsible for review and final submittal to Owner of Engineer As-builts and project system packages (Job Books). On-site supervision of Assistant Superintendents and electrical subcontractors (as necessary) to ensure a safe, productive job is attained and costs are controlled in the construction field operations.
Project Manager *Avon, MN - Corporate Office/Blattner Company
The Project Manager, Renewables provides leadership and manages the operational and financial aspects of construction projects, and is the primary liaison with the client’s project management team. The Project Manager, Renewables also identifies potential leads and assists estimators with development of pricing proposals. An enforcer of Best Practices and Quality Programs, process utilization, safety and risk management; and is a cultural manager by ensuring that the company’s fundamental values and beliefs are followed and maintained. The Project Manager, Renewables will work to develop a good understanding of the power and energy generation market. They will strive to obtain a knowledge that promotes and allows them to engage in electrical, civil and structural discussions.
Site Manager *Nationwide
The Site Manager provides leadership and manages the operational and financial aspects of construction projects, and is the primary liaison with the client’s project management team. The Site Manager also identifies potential leads and assists estimators with development of pricing proposals. Is the enforcer of Best Practices, process utilization, safety and risk management; and is a cultural manager by ensuring that the company’s fundamental values and beliefs are followed and maintained. Provides training and mentorship for all exempt supervisory personnel.
CDL Water Truck Driver *Nationwide
Drives water truck safely to spray water on roadways in order to control dust. Current Commercial Driver's License with Tanker endorsement required.
Electrical Foreman *Nationwide
Obtains permits, performs electrical work as required by law, and performs the full range of technical aspects of electrical work. Also functions as a crew leader, overseeing the work of lower-level licensed Electricians and Trade Helpers. The employee uses considerable independent judgment in making decisions without the availability of supervision, and performs master-level electrician assignments.

Foreman (Civil / Grading) *Nationwide
Establish and maintain high morale while supervising construction crews, demonstrate mastery and safety of equipment and materials, and ensure all necessary inspections are completed. The Foreman is accountable for the actions of the crew if the responsibilities of the crew members are not followed through.
General Laborer - Civil/Grading & Electrical *Nationwide
This position will work with the civil or electrical crews. The Civil Laborers would be assisting in installation/removal of silt fence, installing culvert pipe, placement of signs, layout of roadways, and assisting civil work where needed. The Electrical Laborers would be assisting the apprentices and journeyman with manual labor, installation of ground grid and conduit, setting up equipment including tightening of anchor bolts, steel assembly, pulling of insulated wires and cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes, and various other physically demanding tasks.
Heavy Equipment Mechanic - Nationwide *Nationwide
Troubleshoots and repairs all types of heavy equipment, operates equipment to diagnose problems, and inspects equipment for defects.
Laborer - Solar Installer - Nationwide *Nationwide
Ground mounted systems will be assembled and installed for this project, this will involve material handling, carrying material, assembling and installing the material as well as keeping a clean, safe work area and other labor related responsibilities. Operators duties will be unloading, loading material and moving it to designated work areas.
Oiler (Nationwide) *Nationwide
Maintains equipment, performs greasing and oil changing, administers preventative maintenance, and assists mechanics.
Operator - Crane *Nationwide
Operates a crane to lift, move, and position loads such as components, equipment, and solid or bulk materials by performing the following duties.
Tower Climber - EXPERIENCED Base/Mid & Top-Out Ironworker/Connector/Flagger *Nationwide
Technically skilled in the installation of Wind Turbine Generators. This position will have in-depth knowledge of WTG (Vestas, GE, or Siemens), quality, processes, flagging crane, installing loose components for nacelle, hub, blades and tower sections, managing tag lines and installation checklist.
Turbine Installation (Climber) *Nationwide
Installation Summary: Raise, place, and unite iron and other structural members to form completed structures or structural frameworks. Tower Wiring Summary: Install, test, and repair wiring, motors, equipment, and control systems in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards.
