Business Development Representative (Blattner Company) *Avon, MN - Corporate Office
Provides the client with the best construction experience through better understanding of how they do business and align our processes to assist them in achieving their goals. Will adopt the client into the Blattner family and increase visibility of their priorities throughout the company by increasing the number of contact points in our organization. This individual will remain diligently focused on personalizing these relationships. The Business Development Representative utilizes Blattner’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to house all correspondence and activities with clients. This individual must understand the key drivers within the industry and be able to match client needs with Blattner Company offerings. The individual will follow-up on initial project leads and ensure business development plan initiatives are implemented. This position requires the representative to network and sell Blattner service at trade shows, conferences and additional client engagement functions.

Provides administrative and clerical support to field personnel and acts as liaison between corporate office and job sites.
Primavera Construction Scheduler (Blattner Company) *Avon, MN - Corporate Office
Supports project teams through creation, modification, and analysis of the project schedule. Leads in pricing and evaluating schedule impacts from changing conditions, including delays and acceleration. Meets and exceeds owner expectations of schedule requirements. Works with the project team to update schedule. Works with the project manager and legal to support claims.
Project Manager (Blattner Company) *Avon, MN - Corporate Office
The Project Manager, Renewables provides leadership and manages the operational and financial aspects of construction projects, and is the primary liaison with the client’s project management team. The Project Manager, Renewables also identifies potential leads and assists estimators with development of pricing proposals. An enforcer of Best Practices and Quality Programs, process utilization, safety and risk management; and is a cultural manager by ensuring that the company’s fundamental values and beliefs are followed and maintained. The Project Manager, Renewables will work to develop a good understanding of the power and energy generation market. They will strive to obtain a knowledge that promotes and allows them to engage in electrical, civil and structural discussions.
Help Desk 1 (Blattner Company) *Avon, MN - Corporate Office
Provides end user and project site helpdesk phone support. Initial end user support for Desktops, laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, and software. Log user tickets with detailed troubleshooting steps completed. Assist other IT staff with deployment of patches and other software/OS updates via an automated tool or script when required.
SCADA Engineer (Blattner Company) *Avon, MN - Corporate Office
Designs and provides oversight to SCADA vendors and third party EOR’s in order to develop preliminary designs and Bill of Materials which will be provided to estimators for estimating projects. Aligns and works with the procurement team to ensure they have necessary design information, quantities and parameters to bid the work. Works with the construction division and third party EOR’s to ensure design has met the requirements of the project including safety, reliability, and quality. Applies engineering principals to a business model during the design and optimization process of renewable facilities such as solar and wind and integration with substations.
Project Legal Assistant I (Blattner Company) *Avon, MN - Corporate Office
Works with Blattner’s project managers and field personnel on assigned projects to support all Project facing agreements including subcontracts, purchase contracts, and other vendor agreements. Ensures that Projects are following Blattner legal best practices.

Operates a crane to lift, move, and position loads such as components, equipment, and solid or bulk materials by performing the following duties.
Structures Superintendent (Wind) *Nationwide
On-site supervision of Assistant Superintendents, Forepersons, and all craft personnel (e.g. equipment operators, laborers, electricians, etc.) and their activities to ensure a safe, productive, and quality job is attained and costs are controlled in the particular construction discipline. Schedules labor, materials, tools, equipment and subcontractors within work discipline to effectively utilize all resources; and works with specifications and contract requirements.
Foreman (Civil / Grading) *Nationwide
Establish and maintain high morale while supervising construction crews, demonstrate mastery and safety of equipment and materials, and ensure all necessary inspections are completed. The Foreman is accountable for the actions of the crew if the responsibilities of the crew members are not followed through.
Superintendent: Installation (Wind) *Nationwide
On-site supervision of Assistant Superintendents, Forepersons, and all craft personnel (e.g. equipment operators, laborers, electricians, etc.) and their activities to ensure a safe, productive, and quality job is attained and costs are controlled in the particular construction discipline. Schedules labor, materials, tools, equipment and subcontractors within work discipline to effectively utilize all resources; and works with specifications and contract requirements.

Commissioning Foreman *Nationwide
Position Summary: The Commissioning Foreman provides onsite leadership in the planning and execution of the site specific commissioning process in accordance with the guidelines and procedures established in the Blattner Commissioning Program.

CDL Water Truck Driver *Nationwide
Drives water truck safely to spray water on roadways in order to control dust. Current Commercial Driver's License with Tanker endorsement required.
Electrical Superintendent: High Voltage *Nationwide
Provides input and technical expertise for power generating construction projects. Additional requirements are: General Contractor support of engineering review, procurement (if necessary), construction, and start-up of a high or medium voltage electrical system and associated substation. Responsible for installation guidance, QA/QC enforcement, scheduling support and owner correspondence. Responsible for review and final submittal to Owner of Engineer As-builts and project system packages (Job Books). On-site supervision of Assistant Superintendents and electrical subcontractors (as necessary) to ensure a safe, productive job is attained and costs are controlled in the construction field operations.
