The Electrical Laborers would be assisting the apprentices and journeyman with manual labor, installation of ground grid and conduit, setting up equipment including tightening of anchor bolts, steel assembly, pulling of insulated wires and cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes, and various other physically demanding tasks.

The Foreman is accountable for the actions of the crew if the responsibilities of the crew members are not followed through.
