CAD Technician - Electrical Avon, MN
Position Summary: CAD Technician - Electrical is to produce electrical drawings as detailed by the electrical engineering teams. These teams support the Solar, Wind and Power Delivery market segments. This includes and is not limited to creation of schematic diagrams, cable layouts, wiring diagrams, block diagrams, bill of materials, drawing and designing electrical one-lines, calculation of material quantity take-offs, drafting of the layout drawing control, copying and plotting. Project layouts can be for the collector system, substations, and transmission line plan and profiles. This position is also responsible for document management for all projects.
Risk Management Administrative Assistant - Workers Comp Avon, MN
Position Summary: Processes all work comp insurance claims, works closely with our insurance team and adjusters, assists with other risk management functions as needed.

The Site Quality Coordinator shall work with the Quality Systems Manager, Project Manager and Site Manager to facilitate the effective implementation and application of the project Quality Plan and BEI Quality Program. The Site Quality Coordinator shall assure that quality standards, processes and practices are communicated, implemented and trained across the project team. The Site Quality Coordinator shall be responsible for and be the unbiased Quality representative independent of influences of production goals. The Site Quality Coordinator is not to act as the “Quality Cop”, but instead should promote a team approach to improving and ensuring the project is completed per the engineering, owner and Blattner standards and specifications.

The Site Safety Coordinator will plan, implement and supervise project safety, accident and fire protection programs in compliance with corporate, federal, state and local program standards. Approximately 65% of work time should be spent in the field conducting audits, crew visits, subcontractor visits, etc.
