Product Owner (Blattner Company) *Avon, MN - Corporate Office
As a Product Owner you will work with a dedicated Delivery Team to deliver business features. Working with business stakeholders to prioritize requests across all business units, translating business use cases to technical stories. The Product Owner will have a strong desire to bring real world solutions to business needs, using some of the latest industry technologies that enhance the end users experience. This position will have a strong understanding of how to bridge the worlds of business and technology. Working directly with a cross-functional product delivery team, the Product Owner will guide products from conception to launch, to sustaining usability.
Foreman - Solar Installation *Nationwide

Working with an Agile cross functional delivery team providing quality assurance on multiple platforms, applications and middleware integrations, such as Workday, Salesforce, ERP, SQL, job cost systems and custom applications. This person will be a part of the IT delivery team working with business application subject matter experts and Application developers to maintain and design test scripts automated and manual to ensure new application development meets user and production requirements.

Structures Superintendent (Wind) *Nationwide
On-site supervision of Assistant Superintendents, Forepersons, and all craft personnel (e.g. equipment operators, laborers, electricians, etc.) and their activities to ensure a safe, productive, and quality job is attained and costs are controlled in the particular construction discipline. Schedules labor, materials, tools, equipment and subcontractors within work discipline to effectively utilize all resources; and works with specifications and contract requirements.

CDL Water Truck Driver *Jobsite Specific, *Nationwide
Drives water truck safely to spray water on roadways in order to control dust. Current Commercial Driver's License with Tanker endorsement required.
Journeyman Electrician *Nationwide
Installs, repairs, and maintains motors, transformers, generators, lights, appliances, circuits, wiring, and other electrical system equipment and components in compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations. Operates a variety of electrical testing equipment in locating and determining types of electrical malfunctions. Studies plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirement and sequence of installations.
Electrical Superintendent: High Voltage *Nationwide
Provides input and technical expertise for power generating construction projects. Additional requirements are: General Contractor support of engineering review, procurement (if necessary), construction, and start-up of a high or medium voltage electrical system and associated substation. Responsible for installation guidance, QA/QC enforcement, scheduling support and owner correspondence. Responsible for review and final submittal to Owner of Engineer As-builts and project system packages (Job Books). On-site supervision of Assistant Superintendents and electrical subcontractors (as necessary) to ensure a safe, productive job is attained and costs are controlled in the construction field operations.
