The individual will assist in identifying and eliminating waste due to transportation, inventory, motion, waiting, over processing, over production, defects, and under-utilized employees within the shipping, receiving, procurement and construction process in an effort to optimize the process and enhance value (Safety, Quality, and Productivity) to the employee, project team and company. Individual will work with both the onsite construction team and the corporate team focusing on continuous improvement of the Blattner construction processes.

The cost accountant is responsible for assisting project managers and site teams with accurately monitoring project costs, billings and profitability of assigned projects. Will be responsible for performing project analysis, reporting and accounting functions on a project level.

The Estimator will analyze plans/drawings, specifications, vendor proposals, review subcontractor quotes, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates. The role of the estimator is to ensure scope, schedule and bid price match.
Superintendent: Installation (Solar) *Nationwide
On-site supervision of Assistant Superintendents, Forepersons, and all craft personnel (e.g. equipment operators, laborers, electricians, etc.) and their activities to ensure a safe, productive, and quality job is attained and costs are controlled in the particular construction discipline. Schedules labor, materials, tools, equipment and subcontractors within work discipline to effectively utilize all resources; and works with specifications and contract requirements.
Journeyman Electrician *Nationwide
Installs, repairs, and maintains motors, transformers, generators, lights, appliances, circuits, wiring, and other electrical system equipment and components in compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations. Operates a variety of electrical testing equipment in locating and determining types of electrical malfunctions. Studies plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirement and sequence of installations.
Journeyman Lineman *Nationwide
Journeymen linemen build and maintain electrical power systems. They do all the work from the point of generation (power plants) all the way to the customer's meter. The lines may be on overhead structures or in underground vaults or trenches. They may be in rural and metropolitan areas.
Field Construction Coordinator - June 2019 *Nationwide
Administers daily operations of project site under supervision of Project Construction Coordinator, Project Manager and Site Manager. Ensures and maintains cost, safety, schedule, and quality of project.
