Supplier Quality Coordinator/Engineer *Avon, MN - Corporate Office
Audit, analyze quality and qualify or disqualify suppliers according to organization's standards. Maintain successful relationships with supply, engineering, logistics, and regulatory departments. Assist in the development and implementation of supplier management programs.
Engineer I *Avon, MN - Corporate Office
Works with the Project Engineering Manager in managing 3rd party engineering firms, coordinating with Blattner Internal Engineering, Supply Chain and supporting the project design through project completion. Aligns construction teams to ensure they have the necessary design information, quantities and specifications to build the projects. Will perform drawing reviews, study reviews and specification reviews and provide comments to the Project Engineering Manager. Supports the project design by ensuring the design meets the contractual requirements from Client, Company and Industry Codes and Standards. This person will travel to site to participate in design reviews, check construction activities are following project drawings and specifications and check site teams red-lines are complete and accurate. Design work to be primarily engaged but not limited to include underground collection systems, substations, SCADA/communication systems, transmission lines, solar/PV arrays, foundations, access roads, and pile. Note: This person will not manage the construction activities performed on project site.
Warehouse Materials Handler *Avon, MN - Corporate Office
Handle, move and store inventory items, tools and supplies, between receiving and shipping docks in warehouse, and warehouse racking and shelving. Load and unload trucks and shipping containers. May weigh, count and mark items as directed. Maintain inventory levels within the warehouse. When necessary, operate forklift to transport loads in warehouse. Use electric hand jack and fork lift trucks to transport materials.

Estimator *Avon, MN - Corporate Office
This position will primarily work with Energy Storage and Innovation initiatives as well as running cost scenarios for new and emerging technologies and ideas. The Estimator must be passionate about and comfortable with change and have the courage to try and fail. Evaluates proposals for both small scale pilot projects and larger scale full projects. Completes the estimating process and technical compliance with all RFP/Innovation requirements. Analyzes plans/drawings, specifications, vendor proposals, reviews subcontractor quotes, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates. The role of the estimator is to ensure scope, schedule and bid price match.

Operates a variety of electrical testing equipment in locating and determining types of electrical malfunctions. Studies plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirement and sequence of installations.
