Application Developer *Avon, MN - Corporate Office
Working in an agile methodology, provide both development and quality assurance on multiple platforms, applications and middleware integrations, such as ERP, SQL, job cost systems and custom applications. This person will be a part of the IT team working with application subject matter experts to maintain and design system solutions to meet current and future business requirements.
Project Construction Coordinator *Nationwide
The Project Construction Coordinator administers and coordinates the daily operations of the project site under the supervision of Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager. The Project Coordinator will be the lead supervisor in the training effort of the Field Engineer job functions to ensure Blattner Energy administrative processes are learned, developed and demonstrated. The Project Construction Coordinator will work with the team of Trade Superintendents to learn and understand multiple work discipline along with being a leader in cost control, quantity tracking, procurement, client satisfaction and daily jobsite needs and work activities.

Operates a crane to lift, move, and position loads such as components, equipment, and solid or bulk materials by performing the following duties.
Structures Foreman (Foundations / Concrete) *Nationwide
Establish and maintain high morale while supervising construction crews, demonstrate mastery and safety of equipment and materials, and ensure all necessary inspections are completed. The Foreman is accountable for the actions of the crew if the responsibilities of the crew members are not followed through.
Sr. Staff Engineer *Avon, MN - Corporate Office
A highly motivated individual who coordinates and manages engineering firms, supports procurement efforts, serves as a proponent for project-level needs, performs and issues calculations, plans and specifications to ensure the company achieves safe and high quality designs at the lowest Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE). Provides mentorship for procurement, project, and technical personnel.
Superintendent: Installation (Solar) *Nationwide
On-site supervision of Assistant Superintendents, Forepersons, and all craft personnel (e.g. equipment operators, laborers, electricians, etc.) and their activities to ensure a safe, productive, and quality job is attained and costs are controlled in the particular construction discipline. Schedules labor, materials, tools, equipment and subcontractors within work discipline to effectively utilize all resources; and works with specifications and contract requirements.
Journeyman Electrician *Nationwide
Installs, repairs, and maintains motors, transformers, generators, lights, appliances, circuits, wiring, and other electrical system equipment and components in compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations. Operates a variety of electrical testing equipment in locating and determining types of electrical malfunctions. Studies plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirement and sequence of installations.
Journeyman Lineman *Nationwide
Journeymen linemen build and maintain electrical power systems. They do all the work from the point of generation (power plants) all the way to the customer's meter. The lines may be on overhead structures or in underground vaults or trenches. They may be in rural and metropolitan areas.
Field Construction Coordinator *Nationwide
Administers daily operations of project site under supervision of Project Construction Coordinator, Project Manager and Site Manager. Ensures and maintains cost, safety, schedule, and quality of project.
Laborer - Solar Installer - Nationwide *Nationwide
Ground mounted systems will be assembled and installed for this project, this will involve material handling, carrying material, assembling and installing the material as well as keeping a clean, safe work area and other labor related responsibilities. Operators duties will be unloading, loading material and moving it to designated work areas.
Design Phase Engineer/ Coordinator *Avon, MN - Corporate Office
The Design Phase Engineer will be responsible for coordinating with individuals, managing engineering firms, following processes and standards to ensure the company achieves reliable, quality and safe designs. This person will be responsible for leading the design process through IFC design. This person will be responsible for managing 3rd party engineering firms, working with Blattner Energy Internal Engineering, and being the project lead in all aspects of project design. This person will align and work with the construction team to ensure they have the necessary design information, quantities and parameters to build the work. Supports the project design by ensuring design meets the contractual, technical, safety, and quality requirement from Client, Company and Industry Specifications and Standards. This person will travel to support the site team and lead design reviews as required. This person will not manage the construction activities performed on project site.
Superintendent: Structures (Foundations) *Nationwide

Provides input and technical expertise for power generating construction projects. Additional requirements are: General Contractor support of Engineering review, procurement (if necessary), construction, and start-up of a high or medium voltage electrical system and associated substation. Responsible for installation guidance, QA/QC enforcement, scheduling support, and owner correspondence. Review and final submittal to Owner of Engineer As-builts, and project system packages (Job Books). Assist Electrical Superintendents with supervision of electrical subcontractors to ensure a safe, productive quality job is attained and costs are controlled in the construction field operations.
