Project Engineer (Design Phase Coordinator/Engineer) *Avon, MN - Corporate Office
The Design Phase Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with individuals, managing engineering firms, processes and standards to ensure the company achieves reliable, quality and safe designs. This person will be responsible for leading the design process through IFC design. This person will be responsible for managing 3rd party engineering firms, working with Blattner Energy Internal Engineering, and being the project lead in all aspect of project design. This person will align and work with the construction team to ensure they have necessary design information, quantities and parameters to build the work. Including supporting the project design by ensuring design meets the contractual, technical, safety, and quality requirement from Client, Company and Industry Specifications and Standards. This person will travel to support the site team and lead design reviews as required. This person will not manage the construction activities performed on project site.

Primary responsibility is hauling construction equipment and materials on project site.
Foreman (Civil / Grading) *Nationwide
Establish and maintain high morale while supervising construction crews, demonstrate mastery and safety of equipment and materials, and ensure all necessary inspections are completed. The Foreman is accountable for the actions of the crew if the responsibilities of the crew members are not followed through.

Studies plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirement and sequence of installations.

Position Summary: The Commissioning Foreman provides onsite leadership in the planning and execution of the site specific commissioning process in accordance with the guidelines and procedures established in the Blattner Commissioning Program.

Responsible for review and final submittal to Owner of Engineer As-builts and project system packages (Job Books). Site Quality Coordinator *Nationwide
The Site Quality Coordinator shall work with the Quality Systems Manager, Project Manager and Site Manager to facilitate the effective implementation and application of the project Quality Plan and BEI Quality Program. The Site Quality Coordinator shall assure that quality standards, processes and practices are communicated, implemented and trained across the project team. The Site Quality Coordinator shall be responsible for and be the unbiased Quality representative independent of influences of production goals. The Site Quality Coordinator is not to act as the “Quality Cop”, but instead should promote a team approach to improving and ensuring the project is completed per the engineering, owner and Blattner standards and specifications.
Site Safety Coordinator *Nationwide
The Site Safety Coordinator will plan, implement and supervise project safety, accident and fire protection programs in compliance with corporate, federal, state and local program standards. Approximately 65% of work time should be spent in the field conducting audits, crew visits, subcontractor visits, etc.

Project Construction Coordinator *Nationwide
The Project Construction Coordinator administers and coordinates the daily operations of the project site under the supervision of Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager. The Project Coordinator will be the lead supervisor in the training effort of the Field Engineer job functions to ensure Blattner Energy administrative processes are learned, developed and demonstrated. The Project Construction Coordinator will work with the team of Trade Superintendents to learn and understand multiple work discipline along with being a leader in cost control, quantity tracking, procurement, client satisfaction and daily jobsite needs and work activities.
