Site Safety Coordinator *Nationwide
Plans, implements and supervises project safety, accident and fire protection programs in compliance with corporate, federal, state and local program standards. Approximately 75% of work time should be spent in the field conducting assessments, interacting with crews, subcontractors, etc.

Administers the end to end purchasing cycle of materials and/or equipment including planning & executing purchase orders, determining transport for these orders on/off the job site, executing lease agreements, expediting materials/equipment and resolving quality and invoice issues. Partners with Sourcing team to build and leverage category strategies and manages supplier performance. Sr. Labor Relations Advisor *Avon, MN - Corporate Office/Blattner Company
Provides expert knowledge and wide range of advisory services regarding heavy construction industry labor relation strategies to our organization across the United States. The successful candidate will have deep knowledge (subject matter expert) and prior experience in a heavy construction labor negotiation, National Labor Relations Board proceedings, trust fund, matters, prevailing wage information, grievances, arbitrations and other labor relation matters. The individual must have strength in negotiations, arbitration and mediations, ability to facilitate conflict resolution and communicate effectively with outcomes that minimize risk, be well organized, self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with an unwavering attention to detail. This is a demanding and fast-paced role that requires curiosity and initiative.
