This position is responsible for completing the estimating process and technical compliance with all RFP requirements. The Estimator will analyze plans/drawings, specifications, vendor proposals, review subcontractor quotes, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates. The role of the estimator is to ensure scope, schedule and bid price match.

The Project Manager, Renewables provides leadership and manages the operational and financial aspects of construction projects, and is the primary liaison with the client’s project management team. The Project Manager, Renewables also identifies potential leads and assists estimators with development of pricing proposals. An enforcer of Best Practices and Quality Programs, process utilization, safety and risk management; and is a cultural manager by ensuring that the company’s fundamental values and beliefs are followed and maintained. The Project Manager, Renewables will work to develop a good understanding of the power and energy generation market. They will strive to obtain a knowledge that promotes and allows them to engage in electrical, civil and structural discussions.

Provides knowledgeable heavy construction industry labor support to our organization across the United States. The successful candidate will have prior experience in a heavy construction labor negotiation, National Labor Relations Board proceedings, trust fund issues, prevailing wage information, grievances and arbitrations.
